Faulty products may be exchanged for the same or similar products.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
Please notify us immediately if you received a damaged or defective item.
Exchange
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item you ordered, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason than what is noted on this page.
Out of Stock Policy
Most items will be available for pickup/delivery within 24 hours.
However, some items may be made to order and require a few extra days of processing.
Out of stock items may be replaced with a similarly priced item or you may receive store credit.
IN-STORE PICKUPS
Pickup orders will be kept available for 5 days. We will attempt to contact you by email or telephone to make arrangements for your order.
After that, we will make an attempt to deliver the item to you by means of postal mail or courier service
User Error Policy
We reserve the right to refuse a return on products that have been damaged due to user error. This is a case-by-case basis.
