The Ingredients
Rice bran oil is made by means of extraction from the outer layer of grain rice. We use this oil for its subtle flavor when compared with other oils. Take it when you’re ready to catch some z’s.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid needed for the body’s production of proteins and certain brain-signaling chemicals. We combine this ingredient with a carbohydrate-rich pineapple fruit extract to trigger a burst of serotonin.
Hemp CBD is sourced from USA-sourced hemp grown from 100% organic Colorado farms. We use only the more ethically sourced plants from quality-tested farmers.
How to Use
Take ½ ml about half an hour before bedtime. Adjust as needed. Apply under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds for maximum absorbency.
Sleep Tincture Safety
While pineapple extract is a natural substance, it can have some side effects. These include upset stomach, an increased heart rate, and changes in the menstrual cycle. Use caution if you have a known heart condition.
